Feral Fables E-Course

WELCOME and THANK YOU for signing up!

This course uses the medium of “story” to bring more meaning to your life.

Here is how it will work . . .

Now that you have signed up for this six-week course, you can work at your own pace each week until the new lesson is posted on Sunday morning. Just follow the lessons below. There will be at least one live Q & A session via Zoom that will be recorded so you can watch it later.

There is no requirement for homework other than what you want to explore in your own life.

Please introduce yourself and post it in the space indicated in the first lesson. Tell me where you are from, why you wanted to take this course, how you heard about it, and anything else you’d like me to know about you. I’ve posted my introduction below under “Meet Lucy” to give you an example of what I want.

I know how easy it will be to feel like you’re not keeping up with everyone else in the course, but there is no getting behind! Just catch up as you can.

Meet Lucy

You will get to know me through the courses you take from me, but there is more to me than just being a “teacher.”

I live in Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i and I am thrilled to have spent the past 27 years living here on the Big Island. I am a retired United Methodist minister; I also worked in the field of psychology for many years, and being a college prof was my third career. I retired in September 2021 as an Associate Professor in Social Sciences.

I love to write, and I have written several novels and several non-fiction books. Many of these are available as paperback or e-books online. When I’m not preparing for classes, I play with my beautiful cat that I consider to be my “child” since my four human children are grown and out on their own.

My personal guarantee – At the end of the six weeks, if you are not satisfied with the information you received, let me know immediately, and I will joyfully refund your tuition

Simply follow the Weekly Lessons below.

Lesson 1 opens on April 16, 2023.

Lesson 6 –

In this course, we will explore six of the thirty-six fables in Feral Fables and their meaning for your life. I will include the weekly fable in each lesson. There is no homework requirement other than what you want to explore for yourself, and I will guide you through that. I look forward to seeing you in class.

You don’t need to buy the book, but you might find it helpful for making notes. There are thirty other fables that will not be covered in this course, so you might want to see what the other fables mean to your life.

The book is available on Amazon if you wish to buy it in either paperback or as an e-book.
