This sounds good! We like to eat soups at any time of year and I love garbanzos.

A friend has been finding fresh garbanzos on the mainland.. I wish we could find them here!

I also love soups any time of year and of any sort! Those that are thrown together with whatever you have on hand seem to be the best :) I would imagine that garbanzos could be grown here, don’t you? I never tried.

Lucy

Lilikoi season is starting up again this year. My vines are dropping about a bucketful a couple of times a week. I’ve been giving them away, freezing the juice, making lilikoi butter, etc. Does anyone have a good proportion of lilikoi juice, sugar and water to make a good drink? I can’t seem to come up with the right proportions. I’d like to try adding fresh aloi pulp to the juice once I can get it right. Anyone?

I am so envious! I wish I had lilikoi vines giving anything at all!
Lynn, I’m not sure many people will see your request on this particular post. Do I have your permission to include your request as part of my next blog post? I would need to use your email address, and I don’t want to do that if it feels too public. Please let me know soon.
Aloha,
Lucy
