I love taking little trips to the zoo often. We were able to see the previous corpse flower that bloomed ar Easter and had a picnic in the zoo gardens that day….it is a very nice place to visit at any time…

I can’t believe I’d never been there! I was impressed with what they have done. If I lived closer, like you, I would probably go by there to picnic and visit more often. It has a good feel to it, doesn’t it?
Aloha,
Lucy

I heard they are adding a new section that will open soon. I’m not sure what it is yet, but will find out on my next visit.
Yes, it is a very pleasant place to visit and the flora is fantastic. The volunteers and employees all do an excellent job.
